- when you need a free spreadsheet editing tool.
- when you need detail history of changes
- Microsoft Excel:
- has more advanced features
- is faster when handling large spreadsheets
- has better features like advanced functions, filtering etcetera
- does not require internet access and can be faster and more reliable because of that.
