- When to Use Word and When to Use Google Docs
- Google Docs is better for light word processing that doesn't require complicated page layout, mail merge or other advance tools
- Word is better if you need access to your documents without an internet connection or relying on outside servers
- Google Docs is better for shared editing, especially if editors use different operating systems
- Google Docs wins on price
- Word has tons more features
- My vote: Use both. Use Word when you need it's powerful features and use Google Docs when sharing is a higher priority.

- Microsoft Excel vs. Google Sheets Comparison
- Google Sheets is Free, but Excel has more functionality (although Google Sheet are catching Up)
- Excel can handle larger quantities of data faster that Google Sheets
- Google Sheets is better for collaboration and has a built- in revision history.
- Google Sheets can be clunky to use compared to Excel
- My vote: Again, use both. If you have a simple spreadsheet you need to share or track changes, use Google Sheets. Otherwise, use Excel if you can.
