Course Essential #5: Meaningful Assessment
Assessment strategies:
- Allow instructors to provide meaningful and timely feedback to students.
- Include rubrics or descriptive criteria that enable students to determine how they can meet the course student learning outcomes.
- Address knowledge acquisition and thinking skills development.
